    Article 1

    Article (1) Articles (5) and (6) of the above-mentioned Decree No. (13) of 1997 are hereby superseded by the following: Board of Trustees

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 11 May 2015 Corresponding to 22 Rajab 1436 A.H.

    Article 5

    Article (5) The MBRCHE will be supervised by a Board of Trustees comprised of a chairman, a vice chairman, and a number of experienced and competent members appointed pursuant to a resolution issued by the Ruler. The Board of Trustees will be appointed for a renewable term of three (3) years. ©2016 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.     Article 6

    Article (6) The Board of Trustees will have the duties and powers to: 1. approve the general policy and annual plans of the MBRCHE in light of its specified objectives; 2. approve the charter of the MBRCHE and submit the same to the Ruler for final approval; 3. approve the administrative and financial bylaws regulating the work of the MBRCHE; 4. appoint the director general of the MBRCHE; and 5. perform any other duties required for the achievement of the objectives of the MBRCHE.
