    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة هيئة الصحة في دبي، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس إدار معالي/ حميد محمد عبيد القطامي ، وعضوية كل من: 1 - عاشد محمد المطوالسيد/ ر عضوا 2 - السيد/ جمال أحمد الجسمي عضوا 3 - السيد/ عبدهللا محمد كليب الطنيجي عضوا 4 - السيد/ عبدهللا محمد بن سوقات عضوا 5 - الدكتور/ شوقي يمير هاشم خور عضوا 6 - الدكتور/ عامر أحمد شريف عضوا 7 - السيدة/ حواء عبدهللا بستكي عضوا 8 - السيدة/ أسماء عبدهللا سعد الشريف عضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتمديد. ب - ة (أ) من هذه المادة ولمة المذكورين في الفقرإذا انتهت مدة عضوية أعضاء مجلس اإلدار يتم ة في أداءإعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس اإلدار مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جدد بدال عنهم.
