    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) ات في إمتتحدد نسبة الزيادة القصوى في بدل إيجار العقار ة دبي بالنسبة للوحدات العقاريةار ة قبل تاريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم، على النحو التالي:المؤجر أ - ها يقل عنبدون أية زيادة في القيمة اإليجارية للوحدة العقارية إذا كان بدل إيجار 25 ٪ من متوسط أجر المثل. ب - 5 ها يقل ب٪ من القيمة اإليجارية للوحدة العقارية إذا كان بدل إيجار ح بيناونسبة تتر 26 ٪ وحتى 35 ٪ من متوسط أجر المثل. ج - 10 ح بيناوها يقل بنسبة تتر٪ من القيمة اإليجارية للوحدة العقارية إذا كان بدل إيجار 36 ٪ وحتى 45 ٪ من متوسط أجر المثل. د - 15 ح بيناوها يقل بنسبة تتر٪ من القيمة اإليجارية للوحدة العقارية إذا كان بدل إيجار 46 ٪ وحتى 55 ٪ من متوسط أجر المثل.

    حكومة دبي - الجريدة الرسمية 2 ا لعدد ( 351 ) – السنة ( 45 ) – 26 ص فر 1432 هـ - املوافق 30 يناير 2011 م هـ - 20 ة إذا كان بدل اإليجار يقل بنسبة٪ من القيمة اإليجارية للوحدة العقارية المؤجر تزيد على 55 ٪ من متوسط أجر المثل.
