    المادة ( 1 ) ةيُعاد تشكيل مجلس إدار "مؤسسة دبي العقارية " برئاسة سمو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن اشد آل مكتوم, وعضوية السادة التالية أسماؤهم:ر 1 . هشام عبدهللا القاسم نائبا ً للرئيس والمدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة 2 . يسامي ضاعن القمز ًعضوا 3 . عبدهللا أحمد الحباي ًعضوا 4 . محمد حمد عبيد الشحي ًعضوا 5 . عاشد المطواشد محمد رر ًعضوا 6 . طارق محمد سعيد الغيث ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
