Article 1
Article (1) a. The following land plots, whose boundaries and areas are demarcated on the maps attached to this Decree, will be amalgamated into Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone established by the above mentioned Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Law No. (1) of 2000: Plot No. (2) 1. Al Barsha South 2 Plot No. (2) 2. Me’aisam 1 Plot No. (72) 3. Al Houbbia 2 Plot No. (1233) 4. Al Houbbia 4 Plot No. (4) 5. Al Rouyia 1 Plot No. (1590) 6. Al Rouyia 1 Plot No. (1591) 7. Al Rouyia 1 Plot No. (3) 8. Al Rouyia 1 Plot No. (1) 9. Saih Alsalam Plot No. (1) 10. Al Yalayis 4 Plot No. (424) 11. Decree No. (12) of 2011 Amalgamating Land into Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Page 2 of 2 b. The amalgamation of the land plots specified in paragraph (a) of this Article will take effect on the date the plots are allocated to Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority, and all measures and procedures taken by the Authority in such plots will be deemed valid as of that date.
