    Article 1

    Article (1) The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department shall represent the Government of Dubai and its departments, authorities and public corporations in all claims and appeals under the above mentioned Decree No. (16) of 2009 Concerning Government Claims, and shall take all necessary actions in respect of them. ©2014 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict the Arabic text shall prevail.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The above mentioned Decree No. (16) of 2009 shall be repealed.

    Article (3) This Decree shall come into force on the day on which it is issued and shall be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 4 April 2011 Corresponding to 1 Jumada al- Ula 1432 A.H.
