المادة ( 1 ) تشكل في إمارة دبي لجنة دائمة تسمى " اللجنة العليا للسياسة المالية في إمارة دبي" برئاسة الشيخ / أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم وعضوية كل من: 1 . السيد / محمد إبراهيم الشيباني مدير ديوان سمو الحاكم نائبا للرئيس 2 . السيد/ ناصر بن حسن الشيخ مدير عام دائرة المالية عضوا 3 . السيد/ عبد العزيز رحمه المهيري ممثلللللللل علللللللن م سسلللللللة دبلللللللي لالستثمارات الحكومية عضوا 4 . الدكتور/ عمر محمد أحمد بن سليمان محافظ مركز دبي المالي العالمي عضوا ويشار إليها في هذا المرسوم بـ "اللجنة العليا" .
