استمارة الحجز
A reservation form (or booking form) is the short document a buyer signs at the start of an off-plan purchase, paying a booking deposit to reserve a specific unit at a stated price before the full sale and purchase agreement is issued. Despite its informal feel — often signed at a sales launch amid deliberate urgency — it is a contract, and its terms decide what happens to your deposit if you change your mind, if your bank declines financing, or if the developer alters the unit, price or payment plan before the SPA arrives. Many disputes trace back to buyers assuming the booking amount was refundable when the form said otherwise. Before signing, read the refund and forfeiture terms, confirm the unit details and total price including fees, check the deposit is paid to the project's escrow account rather than an unrelated account, and ask when the SPA will follow — the reservation should be a bridge, not a trap.
