Article (1) The Schedule of Goods Subject to Control and Non-Proliferation annexed to this Resolution is hereby approved.

Article (2) The Minister of Foreign Affairs is hereby authorized to amend the Schedule of Goods annexed to this Resolution, whenever the need so requires, whether by addition, deletion, or replacement.

Article (3) Cabinet Resolution No. (50) of 2020 Regarding the Schedule of Strategic Goods annexed to Federal Law No. (13) of 2007 Regarding Goods Subject to Import and Export Control is hereby repealed. Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution is likewise repealed.

Article (4) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by us: On: 13 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 A.H. Corresponding to: 4 November 2025 A.D.
