    Article 1

    Article (1) The technical regulations for energy consumption efficiency requirements for low and large capacity air conditioners, as identified by their numbers and titles in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be deemed mandatory technical regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

    Article 2

    Article (2) All concerned authorities existing at the time this Resolution enters into force shall regularize their status in accordance with its provisions within (365) three hundred sixty-five days from the date of its entry into force.

    Article 3

    Article (3) Cabinet Resolution No. (3) of 2020 Regarding the Mandatory Application of Standard Specifications for the Electricity Sector in the United Arab Emirates is hereby repealed. Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution shall also be repealed.

    Article 4

    Article (4) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by us: On: 13 Jamada al-Ula 1447 A.H. Corresponding to: 4 November 2025 A.D.
