Article (1) The Technical Regulation for Energy Efficient for Electric Motors, whose number and title are identified in the schedule annexed to this Resolution, shall be considered a mandatory technical regulation in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) All concerned authorities, existing at the time of enforcement of this Resolution, shall adjust their statuses to comply with its provisions within (365) Three Hundred Sixty-Five days as of its date of enforcement.

Article (3) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following its date of publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by Us, On: 02 Jumada II 1445 A.H. Corresponding: 15 December 2023 AD
