    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The Unified Healthcare Professionals Qualification Requirements (PQR) at the State Level, attached to this Resolution, are hereby adopted. b. All authorities concerned with health affairs in the State shall observe the provisions of the PQR, each within its respective competence.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Minister of Health and Prevention shall, in coordination with the authorities concerned with health affairs in the State, issue the necessary resolutions for the implementation of the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 3

    Article (3) The Minister of Health and Prevention may, in coordination with the authorities concerned with health affairs in the State, amend the PQR referred to in Article (1) of this Resolution.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed.

    Article 5

    Article (5) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by Us: On: 4 Shawwal 1438 A.H. Corresponding to: 28 June 2017 A.D.
