UAE Healthcare / Pharma LawCabinet Resolution No. (56) of 2020 Regarding the Application of a Mandatory UAE Standard Specification for Safety Requirements in School Buses in the United Arab Emirates

Article (1) The standard specification for safety requirements in school buses, the number and title of which are specified in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be deemed a mandatory standard specification in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) All concerned entities existing at the time of entry into force of this Resolution shall regularize their status in accordance with its provisions within (365) three hundred and sixty-five days from the date of its entry into force.
