Article (1) The standard specification for safety requirements in school buses, the number and title of which are specified in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be deemed a mandatory standard specification in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) All concerned entities existing at the time of entry into force of this Resolution shall regularize their status in accordance with its provisions within (365) three hundred and sixty-five days from the date of its entry into force.

Article (3) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by us: On: 20 Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 A.H. Corresponding to: 10 August 2020 A.D.
