    Article 1

    Article (1) Definitions For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise: State : The United Arab Emirates. Establishment : Emirates Schools Establishment. Minister : Minister of State for Public Education Affairs.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Service Fees The fees specified next to each service in the table annexed to this Resolution shall be collected in return for the services provided by the Establishment. First: Education in Government Public Schools No. Service Description Service Fee (AED) Collection Method 1 Tuition fees for children of employees in government education, per student, for each educational stage. 6,000 Per Student Second: Miscellaneous Services No. Service Description Service Fee (AED) Collection Method 1 Request for Home Schooling. 150 Per Student 2 Request for Issuance of School Leaving Certificate. 15 Per Student 3 Request for Issuance of a “To Whom it May Concern” Certificate the Student’s Academic Sequence. 15 Per Student 4 Request for Issuance of Certificate of Continued School Enrollment. 15 Per Student 5 Request for Student data update. 15 Per Student

    Article 3

    Article (3) Amendment of Fees The Cabinet shall have the authority to amend the fees set forth in this Resolution, whether by addition, deletion, or modification.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Collection and Deposit of Fees 1. The fees set forth in this Resolution shall be collected by the means determined by the Ministry of Finance. 2. The collected fees shall be deposited into the State’s Treasury Single Account.

    Article 5

    Article (5) Executive Resolutions The Minister shall issue the necessary decisions to implement the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 6

    Article (6) Repeals Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.

    Article 7

    Article (7) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall enter into force fifteen (15) days from the date of its publication.
