Article (1) Article (13) of Regulation No. (3) of 2009 Concerning the Unified Fare Scheme for Public Transport in the Emirate of Dubai (the “Original Regulation”) will be superseded by the following:

Article (2) The Table of Violations and Fines (Table 3) attached to the Original Regulation will be replaced by the Table attached to this Regulation.

Article (3) This Regulation will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published. Article (13): a. The provisions of the legislation applicable to public car parks in the Emirate will apply to car parks of Public Transport Facilities and Services with respect to regulating their use and recording the violations committed in breach of such provisions, but not to the fees for using such car parks. b. The use of car parks of Public Transport Facilities and Services will be free for users of Public Transport for the first twenty-four (24) hours. Fees will be imposed on non-users of Public Transport as follows: 1. ten Dirhams (AED 10) per hour or part of an hour where the parking period is up to five (5) hours; 2. fifty Dirhams (AED 50) where the parking period is more than five (5) and up to twenty-four (24) hours; ©2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Regulation No. (1) of 2013 Amending Regulation No. (3) of 2009 Concerning the Unified Fare Scheme for Public Transport in the Emirate of Dubai Page 2 of 4 3. fifty Dirhams (AED 50) per day or part of a day where the parking period is more than twenty-four (24) hours and up to five (5) days; 4. three thousand Dirhams (AED 3,000) for reserving a parking space for six (6) months; and 5. five thousand Dirhams (AED 5,000) for reserving a parking space for twelve (12) months.
