Article (1) A non-UAE national may acquire the right of usufruct for a period up to ninety nine (99) years over the Real Property existing in plot No. (2780-251), Mirdif, and whose boundaries and area are demarcated in the plan annexed to this Regulation.

Article (2) This Regulation comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
