    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة ما يلي:ا ً من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون، يُنقل إلى الدائراعتبار 1 . المنُوطة بالمعهد بمُوجب كافّة المهام واالختصاصات القانون رقم ( 9 ) لسنة 2017 ة دبي، على أن يتم التنسيق مع األمانة العامّةالمُشار إليه والتشريعات السّارية في إمار اولة تلك المهامة التي ستتولّى مُزللمجلس التنفيذي لتحديد الوحدات التنظيميّة في الدائر واالختصاصات. 2 . ة واالت واألصول واألجهِزات والمنقوملكيّة العقار لمُعِدّات واألموال العائِدة للمعهد. 3 . مُوظّفي المعهد ي بشأنِهِم القانون رقم (، على أن يسر 8 ) لسنة 2018 المُشار إليه مع احتفاظِهِم بحُقوقِهِم المُكتسبة. 4 . اشد للتسامُح.ة محمّد بن رة الماليّة للمعهد وجائزالمُخصّصات الماليّة المرصُودة من دائر ب - ة محل المعهدتحل الدائر ة مناشد للتسامُح في كُل ما للمعهد والجائِزة محمّد بن روجائز امات.حُقوق وما عليهِما من التز ات التنفيذيّةارإصدار القر

    Article 2

    المادة ( 2 ) ات الالزمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون.اريُصدِر رئيس المجلس التنفيذي القر اإللغاءات

    Article 3

    المادة ( 3 ) أ - يُلغى بمُوجب هذا القانون التشريعات التالية: 1 . القانون رقم ( 9 ) لسنة 2017 بإنشاء المعهد الدّولي للتسامُح. 2 . المرسوم رقم ( 28 ) لسنة 2017 بتعيين العُضو المُنتدب للمعهد الدّولي للتسامُح. 3 . المرسوم رقم ( 28 ) لسنة 2020 بتشكيل مجلس أمناء المعهد الدّولي للتسامُح. 4 . ار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (قر 49 ) لسنة 2018 باعتماد الهيكل التنظيمي للمعهد الدّولي للتسامُح. ب - يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا القانون.

    المادة ( 4 ) يُنشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسميّة، ويُعمل به بعد ( 3 ه.) ثالثة أشهر من تاريخ نشر محمد اشد آل مكتومبن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاري خ 27 أبريل 2021 م الموافــــــــــــــ ــــــــــ ــــــق 15 رمضان 1442 هـ
