Article (2) a. These Employees will be governed by the above-mentioned Law No. (8) of 2018, and will retain their existing rights. c. Article (3) The Chairman of the Executive Council will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Law. Repeals

Article (4) The above-mentioned Law No. (12) of 2003 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation will also be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law. Publication and Commencement
