    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) أ- ة المُؤسّسة، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس إدار اهيممعالي/ ريم بنت إبر الهاشمي،ّوعُضويّة كُل من: 1 . السيّد/ طـارق محمــد القـــرق نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . يالسيّد/ سـامي أحمــد القمــز ًعضوا 3 . الدكتور/ عبــدهللا محمـد ال كـرم ًعضوا 4 . السيّد/ سلطان محمد الشامسي ًعضوا وذلك لمُدّة ( 3 ) ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد. ب - إذا انتهت ة (أ) من هذهة المُؤسّسة المذكورين في الفقرمُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس إدار المادة، ولم ةيتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس إدار المُؤسّسة في أداء مهامِّهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم. اإللغاءات

    المادة ( 2 ) يُلغى المرسوم رقم ( 4 ) لسنة 2018 المُشار إليه، كما يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا المرسوم.

    المادة ( 3 ) ه، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة.يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدور اشد آل ممحمد بن ر كتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 12 يوليو 2021 م الموافـــــــــــــــ ـــــــــ ـــــق 2 ذو الحجة 1442 هـ
