Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the ICD is hereby formed under Our chairmanship, and with the membership of: 1. H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as vice chairman; 2. H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as member; 3. H.H. Sheikh Ahmad bin Saeed Al Maktoum, as member; and 4. H.E. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, as member. The Board of Directors is appointed for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. Where the Board of Directors of the ICD is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members. ©2020 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
