Article (1) 1. As of the effective date of this Decree, the Arab Reading Challenge Initiative (the “ARC”) is hereby transferred from the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library to the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation (the “MBRGI”). 2. The rights and obligations of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library in respect of the ARC are hereby transferred to the MBRGI. Commencement and Publication

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be publishe d in the Official Gazette.
