Article (1) a. The Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and with the membership of: 1. Dr. Raja Easa Al Gurg, as vice chairman; 2. H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, as member; 3. H.E. Dr. Abdulla Mohamed Al Karam, as member; 6. Dr. Amer Ahmad Sharif, as member; 7. Prof. Ian Andrew Greer, as member; and 8. Dr. Alawi Alsheikh-Ali, as member. Membership of the Board of Trustees will be for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. Where the Board of Trustees of the MBRUMHS is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
