    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The procedures stipulated in the urban planning and Construction legislation relevant to the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority will apply to the land plots, compounds, and areas which are owned by Dubai Holding, Meraas LLC, Al Shemal Holding LLC, and by any of their affiliates and subsidiaries in the Emirate of Dubai or by those controlled by them. These procedures must be applied in coordination with the concerned Government Entities in the Emirate of Dubai. b. The provisions of paragraph (a) of this Article will not prejudice the powers of the concerned Government Entities in respect of implementing the legislation relevant to them to the land, compounds, and areas referred to in this article.     Article (2) The Dubai Creative Clusters Authority will, in coordination with the concerned Government Entities in the Emirate of Dubai, have the power to implement the urban planning and ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.     Article 3

    Article (3) The Chairman of the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority or his authorised representative will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication
