    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة المؤسسة، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس إدار سمو الشيخ أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم ، وعضوية كُل من: 1 - اهيـــم الشيـــبانيمعالي/ محــمــــد إبـر 2 - السيد/ عبد الرحمــن صالــح آل صالـح 3 - السيد/ حـــمــــد مبــــارك بوعــــميــــم 4 - السيد/ سعدي عبد الرحيم حسن الرئيس 5 - السيد/ ســــونــــي ونــــج تــشــــانــــغ وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
