Article (2) The vice chairman of the MBRSC will exercise the duties and powers of the Chairman of the MBRSC where the Chairman is absent or his post falls vacant for any reason whatsoever. ©2017 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
