    Article (1) Plot No. 2480438, located in Al Qusais Industrial Area 5, and Plot No. 2150115, located in Umm Ramool, whose boundaries and areas are demarcated on the plans attached to this Decree, are hereby amalgamated into the Dubai International Airport Free Zone. This amalgamation will remain effective throughout the term of the Tenancy Contract and the Land Use and Development (Musataha) Contract concluded in respect of the aforesaid plots between the Dubai International Airport Free Zone Authority and the Dubai Real Estate Corporation.     Article (2) a. The provisions of the above-mentioned Law No. (25) of 2009 will apply within the two plots specified in Article (1) of this Decree, as part of the Dubai International Airport Free Zone. ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

The Dubai International Airport Free Zone Authority will exercise, within the plots specified in Article (1) of this Decree, the powers vested in it pursuant to the above- mentioned Law No. (25) of 2009 and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof.
