    Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the Meydan City Corporation is hereby formed as follows: 1. Saeed bin Humaid Mattar Al Tayer, as chairman; 2. Malih Lahej Al Basti, as vice chairman; ©2017 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict the Arabic text will prevail.

    Decree No. (17) of 2016 Forming the Board of Directors of the Meydan City Corporation Page 2 of 2 3. Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi, as member; 4. Hamad Mubarak Mohammed Bu Omaim, as member; 5. Abdul Wahed Mohammed Al Fahim, as member; 6. a representative from the Dubai Equestrian Club, as member; and 7. a representative from the Dubai Racing Club, as member. The membership of the Board of Directors will be for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. The representatives of the entities referred to in paragraph (a)(6) and paragraph (a)(7) of this Article will be nominated by the officials in charge of these entities. c. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.     Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 18 April 2016 Corresponding to 11 Rajab 1437 A.H.
