    المادة ( 1 ) يُرقى قضاة محكمة االستئناف التالية اسماؤهم: 1 - ه.اهيم ابو شوريحيى الطيو إبر 2 - ان محمود عبدالمجيد محمد.عمر 3 - شريف حسن عبدالحميد سالم. إلى بداية مربوط درجة قاضي تمييز، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 ، وجدول رواتو ومصصصاء القضاة اير المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.
