Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of DEWA is hereby formed as follows: 1. Mr. Matar Humaid Al Tayer, as chairman; 2. Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, as member; 3. Mr. Hilal Khalfan bin Dhaher, as member; 4. Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Hashemi, as member; 5. Mr. Khalfan Ahmed Harib, as member; 6. Mr. Majid Hamad Al Shamsi, as member; 7. Mr. Obaid Saeed bin Meshar, as member; 8.
