    Article (1) a. The Board of Trustees of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre is hereby reconstituted as follows: 1. Dr. Habib Mohammad Sharif Al Mulla, as chairman; 2. Mr. Dalmook Mohammed Dalmook, as member; 3. Mr. Hussain Ali Al Jaziri, as member; 4. Mr. Abdul Moneim Salem bin Suwaidan, as member; 5. Dr. Karim Hafez, as member; 6. Dr. Fathi bin Mohammed Al Shazli Kemicha, as member; 7. Dr. Tarek Fouad Riad, as member; 8. Mr. J. Martin Hunter, as member; © 2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Mr. Philippe Leboulanger, as member; 11. Mr. Bernard Hanotiau, as member; 12. Mr. Filip De Ly, as member; 13. Mr. George Kahale, as member; 14. Mr. Juan Fernández-Armesto, as member; 15. Mr. Eric Schaffer, as member; 16. Mr. Phillip Capper, as member; 17. Mr. Jeppe Knud Skadhauge, as member; and 18. Mr. Ulf Franke, as member. The term of the Board of Trustees will be three (3) years, renewable upon expiry. b. Where the Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the Board of Trustee members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are re-appointed or replaced by new members.     Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 7 December 2014 Corresponding to 15 Safar 1436 A.H.
