    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكّل مجلس إدارة المؤسسة برئاسة مدير عام هيئة الصحة في دبي، وعضوية كل من: 1 . مساعد القائد العام لشرطة دبي لشؤون الجودة والتميز نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . ممثل عن اإلدارة العامة للدفاع المدني بإمارة دبي ًعضوا 3 . ا لمدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة المرور والطرق بهيئة الطرق والمواصالت ًعضوا 4 . ممثل عن سلطة مدينة دبي الطبية ًعضوا 5 . مدير مركز اإلصابات والطوارئ في مستشفى راشد ًعضوا 6 . ممثل عن وزارة الصحة ًعضوا ب - تتم تسمية ممثلي الجهات المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، من قبل مسؤولي تلك الجهات. ج - إذا انتهت مدة عضوية أعضاء مجلس إدارة المؤسسة المذكورين في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة ولم يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنه يستمر أعضاء مجلس اإلدارة في هذه الحالة بأداء مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جدد بدال ًعنهم.

    Article 2

    المادة ( 2 ) تُعتبر كافة القرارات التي صدرت عن مجلس إدارة المؤسسة منذ تاريخ 12 يوليو 2012 وحتى تاريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم أنها تمت بصورة قانونية.

    Article 3

    المادة ( 3 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 13 يونيو 2014 م الموافــــــــ ـــــــ ـ ـق 15 شعبان 1435 هـ
