Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the Dubai Real Estate Corporation is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and with the membership of: 1. Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim, as vice chairman; 2. Sami Dhaen Al Qamzi, as member; 3. Abdullah Ahmed Al Habbai, as member; 4. Mohamed Hamad Obaid Al Shehi, as member; 5. Mohamed Hadi Ahmed Abdullah Al Hussaini, as member. The term of the Board of Directors will be three (3) years, renewable upon expiry. b. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
