    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The board of directors of the Corporation will be formed under the chairmanship of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and with the membership of: 1. H.E. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Shaibani Director 2. Mr. Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh Director 3. Mr. Hamad Mubarak Buamim Director 4. Mr. Saadi Abdul Rahim Hassan Al Rais Director 5. Mr. Soon Young Chang Director The board of directors will be appointed for a renewable term of three (3) years. ©2014 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Decree No. (46) of 2013 Forming the Board of Directors of Dubai World Corporation Page 2 of 2 b. Where the term of the board of directors of the Corporation mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article expires, and the board is not re-formed, the directors will continue to perform their duties until they are re-appointed or replaced by other directors.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The board of directors of the Corporation formed pursuant to this Decree will have the duties and powers assigned to it under the above-mentioned Decree No. (23) of 2010, and will follow the procedures stipulated in the said decree with respect to convening its meetings and its method of operation.

    Article 3

    Article (3) This Decree will come into force on the day on which it is issued and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 18 December 2013 Corresponding to 15 Safar 1435 A.H.
