Article 1
Article (1) a. The board of directors of the Corporation will be formed under the chairmanship of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and with the membership of: 1. H.E. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Shaibani Director 2. Mr. Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh Director 3. Mr. Hamad Mubarak Buamim Director 4. Mr. Saadi Abdul Rahim Hassan Al Rais Director 5. Where the term of the board of directors of the Corporation mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article expires, and the board is not re-formed, the directors will continue to perform their duties until they are re-appointed or replaced by other directors.
