Article 2
Article (2) The provisions of the above-mentioned Law No. (1) of 2000 will apply within the land plot referred to in Article (1) of this Decree. The Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority will exercise, within the plot, the powers vested in it pursuant to that Law.

Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and wil l be published in the Official Gazette.
