    المادة ( 1 ) يُستبدل بنصي المادتين ( 3 ( و ) 6 ) من المرسوم األصلي، النصان التاليان:

    المادة ( 2 ) ه، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صدور اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 28 أبريل 2013 م الموافـــــــــــق 18 ةجمادى اآلخــــــر 1434 هـ

    Article 3

    المادة ( 3 :) أ - يُشترط لمنح اتب المشار إليه في المادة (الصياد الر 2 ) من هذا المرسوم ما يلي: 1 - ةات العربية المتحدة، ولديه خالصة قيد صادرأن يكون من مواطني دولة اإلمار ة.عن اإلمار 2 - أن يكون عضوا ً في الجمعية مدة ال تقل عن عشر سنوات. 3 - ة.ة مستمراول المهنة بصورأن يز 4 - ي من أأال ّ يتجاوز دخله الشهر ي مصدر كان ( 10.000 هم.ة آالف در) عشر ب - يُستثنى من المدة المشار إليها في البند ( 2 ة (أ) من هذه المادة عضو) من الفقر الجمعية الصياد الذي: 1 - ه ستين سنة.اولته للمهنة مدة تزيد على عشرين سنة أو يتجاوز عمريثبت مز 2 - اولةيتعرض لعجز أو مرض أو حادث يحول بينه وبين مز المهنة، وذلك بموجب تقرير طبي معتمد صادر عن الهيئة.

    Article 6

    المادة ( 6 :) أ - اتب المستحق للصياد وورثته المشار إليهم في المادة (ف الرة صرتتولى الدائر 5 ) مع الالزمة وذلك بالتنسيق الشروط من توفر التحقق بعد المرسوم هذا من الجمعية. ب - اجعة استحقاقة والجمعية مرعلى الدائر اتب بشكل سنوي للتأكدالصياد أو ورثته للر من توفر شروط استحقاقهم له.
