    المادة ( 1 ) أ - اشـــد لإلســـكانة مؤسســـة محمــــد بـــن رم ل مجلـــس إداريُشـــك برئاســــة معـــالي / م امحمــــد إبــــر الشيباني ، وعضوية كل من السادة: 1 - حسين ناصر لوتاه نائبا ً للرئيس 2 - سلطان بطي بن مجرن ًعضوا 3 - عبـدهللا أحمد الحبـاي ًعضوا 4 - عبدهللا فاضل المزروعي ًعضوا 5 - عبيـد سعيـد بن مسحار ًعضوا 6 - سامـي عبد هللا قرقـاش ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد. ب - ة (أ) مـن هـذهة المـذكورين فـي الفقـرمجلـس اادار إذا انتهت مدة عضوية أعضـا المـادة ولـم ة فــيمجلـس اادار جـدد بــدال ً عـنهم، فمنـف يسـتمر فـي هــذه الحالـة أعضـا يـتم تعيـين أعضـا جدد. مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضا أدا
