    المادة ( 1 ) أ - اسـة ات الحكوميـة برة مؤسسـة دبـي لالسـتثمارل ل مجلـس إداريُشَـك السـمو الشــي صـاح اشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبيمحمد بن ر ، وعضوية كل من السادة: الشيخ حمدان بن محمد اشد آل مكتومبن ر يس نا با ً للر اشد آل مكتومالشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن ر ًعضوا الشيخ أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم ًعضوا اهيـم الشيبانــيمحمـد إبر ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات. ب - ة (أ) مــن هــذة المــذكورين فــي الفقــرإذا انتهــت مــدة عضــوية أعضــاء مجلــس اكدار المــادة الحالـــة أعضـــاء مجلــــس ولـــم يـــتم تعيـــين أعضـــاء جـــدد بـــدال ً عــــنهم، فإنـــه يســـتمر فـــي هـــذ ة في أداء مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جدد.اكدار
