المادة ( 1 ) يشكل مجلس اإل ةدار األعلى لمركز دبي المالي العالمي برئاسة سمو الشيخ مكتوم بن اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر ، وعضوية كل من السادة: 1 - عبد العزيز الغرير نائبا ً للرئيس 2 - يحسين أحمد القمز ًعضوا 3 - فعبد الفتاح السيد منصور شر ًعضوا 4 - عيسى كاظم ًعضوا 5 - عبد هللا محمد سعيد غباش ًعضوا 6 - ديفد آلدن ًعضوا 7 - محافظ مركز دبي المالي العالمي ًعضوا 8 - ة سلطة دبي للخدمات الماليةرئيس مجلس إدار ًعضوا
