    Article 1

    Article (1) The companies and corporations working in the Emirate of Dubai, including the Special Development Zones and the free zones, are hereby exempted from all fines imposed on them for failing to renew their licenses by the dates prescribed by the legislation in force.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The exemption stipulated in Article (1) of this Decree is limited to the companies and corporations that comply, no later than the end of June 2010, by renewing or cancelling their licenses, or suspending their activities for a specified period. ©2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 3

    Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai 27 December 2009 Corresponding to 10 Muharram 1431 A.H.
