    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) ة دبي لسنةات في إمارتتحدد نسبة الزيادة القصوى في بدل إيجار العقار 2010 م بالنسبة ة خالل سنةللوحدات العقارية المؤجر 2009 م وما قبلها، على النحو التالي: أ- بدون أية زيادة في القيمة اإليجارية إذا كا ن بدل اإليجار يقل بنسبة أقصاها 25 ٪ عن متوسط اجر المثل. ب - 5 ٪ من القيمة اإليجارية السارية خالل سنة 2009 م إذا كان بدل اإليجار يقل بنسبة 26 ٪ وحتى 35 ٪ عن متوسط اجر المثل. ج - 10 ٪ من القيمة اإليجارية السارية خالل سنة 2009 م إذا كان بدل اإليجار يقل بنسبة 36 ٪ وحتى 45 ٪ عن متوسط اجر المثل. د- 15 ٪ من القيمة اإليجارية السارية خالل سنة 2009 م إذا كان بدل اإليجار يقل بنسبة 46 ٪ وحتى 55 ٪ عن متوسط اجر المثل. ه- 20 ٪ من القيمة اإليجارية السارية خالل سنة 2009 م إذا كان بدل اإليجار يقل بنسبة تزيد على 55 ٪ عن متوسط اجر المثل.

    المادة ( 3 ) ه،يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صدور وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 27 ديسمبر 2009 م الموافـــق 10 محـــرم 1431 هـ
