Article (1) Effective as of the date this Decree comes into force, the shares owned by the Government of Dubai in Aswaq LLC, representing ninety-nine percent (99%) of the share capital of Aswaq LLC, and all the rights and obligations of the Government of Dubai with respect to Aswaq LLC, are hereby transferred to the Investment Corporation of Dubai.

Article (2) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is issued.
