    المادة ( 1 ) يُعيَّن رؤساء ومدراء الدوائر والهيئات التالية أعضاء في المجلس التنفيذي: 1 . رئيس دائرة الطيران المدني والمنطقة الحرة في مطار دبي الدولي. 2 . مدير دائرة اإلعالم. 3 . مدير ديوان سمو الحاكم. 4 . القائد العام لشرطة دبي. 5 . مدير عام بلدية دبي. 6 . الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة الموانئ والجمارك والمنطقة الحرة. 7 . مدير عام دائرة التنمية االقتصادية. 8 . مدير عام هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي. 9 . مدير عام دائرة الصحة والخدمات الطبية. 10 . مدير عام دائرة األراضي واألمالك. 11 . مدير عام دائرة السياحة والتسويق التجاري. 12 . مدير عام دائرة الشؤون اإلسالمية والعمل الخيري. 13 . مدير عام دائرة المالية. 14 . مدير عام دائرة المراجعة المالية. 15 . مدير محاكم دبي. 16 . النائب العام في دبي.
