    المادة ( 1 ) يعين التالية أسماؤهم وكالء نيابة مساعدين لدى النيابة العامة: 1 - أحمــد عبد هللا أحمد العطار 10 - شعـــيب علي حاتم أهلي 2 - أحمـد عبد الرحم ن عونيالزر 11 - محمد سالــم أحمد الكيومي 3 - وليـد حسن جاسم الحوسني 12 - يخالد أحمد عبد هللا العامر 4 - عبد هللا على بيك محمد المازم 13 - عبد هللا محمد أحمـد آل علي 5 - عبد هللا سلطان محمد الشريف 14 - عمار محمد عبد هللا المرزوقي 6 - خلفان محمد خلفان الميرفي 15 - عادل خليفة عبيد حمــودي 7 - محمد عبد العزي ز عبد هللا العمر 16 - محمــد حمد حسن رقيــط 8 - خميس سعيد خميس آل سعد 17 - عمــار أحمد محمد الظنحاني 9 - اشد أبـو سهمطارق أحمد ر ويمنح كل منهم بداية مربوط الدرجة الثامنة وفقا ً للجدول رقم ( 2 ) الملحق بالقانون رقم ( 3 ) لسنة 2005 المشار إليه.
