    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) ينقل السيد / عبد العزي ز عبد هللا عونيالزر , المحامي العام في النيابة العامة ويعين قاضي التمييز في محكمة ويمنح أول مربوط الدرجة الثانية وفقا ً للجدول رقم ( 1 ) الملحق بالقانون رقم ( 3 ) لسنة 2005 المشار إليه.

    Article 2

    المادة ( 2 ) ينقل رئيسا نيابة "أ" بالنيابة العامة التالية أسمائهم: 1 - عيسى محمد شريف. 2 - جاسم محمد باقر. ويعين كل منهما بدرجة قاضي استئناف أول في محكمة االستئناف, ويمنحا أول مربوط الدرجة الثالثة وفقا ً للجدول رقم ( 1 ) الملحق بالقانون رقم ( 3 ) لسنة 2005 المشار إليه.
