    مادة ( 1 ) ينقل وكيال النيابة العامة سعيد سالم عبيد بن صرم ياشد محمد خالد السميرور من النيابة العامة ويعينان قاضيين لدى المحكمة االبتدائية ابعة، ويمنح كل منهما بداية مربوط الدرجة الر مع عالوتين سنويتين وفقا ً لنظام رواتب القضاة المواطنين المشار إليه .
