Rita M. Kaufmann is a UK-qualified solicitor and Partner & Head of Corporate at Bin Sevan Advocates & Legal Consultants in Dubai. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience spanning government legal affairs, international trade, corporate advisory and legal practice, she advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and private clients on complex cross-border matters. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, cross-border transactions, dispute resolution and regulatory advisory. She regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, foreign investment, commercial contracts and enforcement proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. Rita acts as counsel in arbitrations conducted under the rules of ICSID, SCC, DIAC, HKIAC and VIAC, and represents clients before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
