Jerome Jose

Jerome Jose is a junior associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team at ATB Legal in Abu Dhabi, which he joined in 2023. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation before the ADGM Courts and the DIFC Courts, representation in ICC, DIAC, LCIA and arbitrateAD arbitrations, and assistance and advisory work on matters before UAE onshore courts. His matters span real estate, construction, energy and oil and gas, banking and insurance, employment, and shareholder disputes, including cross-border cases, on which he coordinates with Emirati counsel. He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Christ University, Bangalore (2023), is enrolled as an advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council (2023), and holds the Bar Council of India advocate certificate.
