Competitor on Amazon UAE is using my exact product photography for their (lower-quality) version of our product. Same photos, same model. I have the original RAW files and contracts with the photographer. How do I escalate?

Three-track approach: (1) Amazon brand-registry complaint with proof of original ownership (RAW files + photographer contracts establish chain) — Amazon removes the listing in 24-48 hours; (2) cease and desist via UAE counsel demanding damages and undertaking; (3) if ignored, file at Ministry of Economy under Federal Law 38 of 2021 on Copyright (photographs are protected works). Statutory damages plus legal costs are recoverable. Most cases settle at the C&D stage once it is clear Amazon will pull the listing anyway.
