Article (2) A Judicial Council is hereby established in the Emirate of Dubai and is formed as follows: 1. His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as chairman; 2. the Director of His Highness the Ruler’s Court, as vice chairman; 3. the Attorney General, as member; 4. the Director of the Dubai Courts, as member; 5. the Head of the Court of Cassation, as member; 6. the Head of the Court of Appeal, as member; 7. the Head of the Court of First Instance, as member; and 8. the Director of Judicial Inspection, as member. ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has b een made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
