    Article 1

    Article (1) Exemptions The categories specified below shall be exempt from the payment of the fees for the services set forth in the aforementioned Cabinet Resolution No. (112) of 2023, as follows: 1. Fees for Services Nos. (1, 3, 5, 7, 21, 22, 46, 57, 59, 61 and 63), for the category of student inventors and Persons with Disabilities "People of Determination”. 2. Fees for Services Nos. (9, 11, 13, 15, 23, 25, 27, 32 and 34), for the category of Persons with Disabilities “People of Determination”. 3. Fees for Services Nos. (10, 12, 14, 16, 24, 26, 28, 33 and 35), for the category of student inventors.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by us: On: 9 Safar 1448 A.H. Corresponding to: 24 July 2026 A.D.
